Electricity and water are charged based on actual consumption. This allows guests to use utilities according to their own comfort and needs. Meter readings are taken at the start and end of your stay by the property manager, and the costs will be settled against the security deposit.

The rental rate includes 2 guests. For each additional guest, a supplement of USD 12 per person, per night applies.
