Electricity and water are charged based on actual consumption. This allows guests to manage their usage according to their personal preferences while keeping the nightly rate affordable. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and usage costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

The stay includes 2 guests.

Additional guests are charged USD 9 per person, per day.
