We use a fixed rate per night, regardless of whether the date is considered peak season/holiday season or not. The minimum number of nights per stay is 6. This is extendable per night in order to adjust the number of nights to your departure date. Late check-out is complimentary, which enables you to enjoy the house until just before departure.

Electricity and water are billed based on usage. This allows everyone to use electricity and water according to their own preferences and needs. The meter readings will be recorded at the beginning and end of your stay by the property manager, and the costs will be deducted from your deposit.

The rates include accommodation for 2 people. For each additional person, the cost is €10 per person per day.

Cancellation Policy
If the tenant/guest wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, they must confirm this to Vakantiehuisje Curaçao via email (even if there has been prior telephone contact).

The following fees will apply depending on the timing of the tenant's written cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 45 days before the start of the rental period are free of charge.

For cancellations made between the 45th and 21st day before the rental period, 25% of the rental price will be charged.

For cancellations made between the 20th and 8th day before the rental period, 50% of the rental price will be charged.

Cancellations made within one week before the rental period or during the rental period will result in the full rental amount being charged.
Unforeseen or undesirable circumstances on your part may make cancellation necessary. Even in such cases, our cancellation policy stays applicable. We therefore advise you to take out a cancellation insurance policy for your stay. This is often possible in combination with your travel insurance.
